Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. The appointment fee reserves your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. Clients must bring the original, acceptable Form I-9 documents they choose to present. Documents must be unexpired where required and physically presented for examination. The employee should complete Section 1 of Form I-9 before the appointment unless otherwise instructed by the employer. If the appointment cannot be completed because required documents are unavailable, employer instructions have not been provided, or the client is otherwise unprepared for the appointment, the service fee is non-refundable and a new appointment may require an additional fee. This service is provided solely as an authorized representative designated by the employer for Form I-9 document examination and completion. This service is not a notarization and does not include legal or immigration advice. The employer remains responsible for Form I-9 compliance and acceptance of the completed Form I-9.
