Service Description
Professional mobile notary and document services delivered conveniently to your home, office, hospital, assisted-living facility or other agreed-upon location. Each appointment is handled confidentiality, professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Mobile appointments are available throughout Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Petersburg, and surrounding Central Virginia areas. Pricing varies based on the notarial services requested, appointment location, travel distance, and any applicable convenience or specialty-service fees. Travel, after-hours, weekend, same-day/rush, extended-wait, hospital/healthcare facility, and detention-facility fees may apply. Please have all documents ready for the appointment and ensure that each signer has acceptable identification. Documents should not be signed in advance when the notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence. The notary cannot provide legal advice, select a notarial act for you, or prepare legal documents unless otherwise authorized by law. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Clients must provide the correct appointment location, document information, number of signers, and number of notarizations requested. All signers must be present at the appointment and provide acceptable, unexpired identification as required by Virginia law. Documents should be complete and ready for notarization; however, required signature fields must remain unsigned until the notary instructs the signer to sign when applicable. The notary cannot select documents, prepare legal documents, provide legal advice, or advise clients regarding the legal effect of a document. Mobile service pricing may include separate travel, convenience, parking, toll, after-hours, hospital, nursing facility, detention/correctional facility, or other location-related charges when applicable. Any additional charges will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Travel or convenience fees may be nonrefundable once the notary has departed for the appointment. If the signer is unavailable, lacks acceptable identification, is unwilling or unable to communicate willingness to sign, or the notarization cannot legally be completed, applicable travel/convenience fees may still be due. A booking request does not guarantee service until the appointment is confirmed.
